Optimizing Alchemy's CI Workflows

Moving CI to Blacksmith, fixing cache bugs, switching to pnpm, running CI conditionally and cut website build times from 162s to 39s.

2.0.0-beta.78 - Git Hosting, Stripe & Worker Previews

v2.0.0-beta.78 ships alchemy/Git, an embeddable, pluggable git server you mount in your own Effect HTTP API, plus a Stripe provider, Worker Previews, ten new GitHub resources, an alchemy dev that uses half the memory, and a round of drift and default-handling fixes across RDS, S3, and security groups.

2.0.0-beta.77 - Profiles, CLI & Workers Tracing

v2.0.0-beta.77 redesigns the CLI — alchemy login becomes alchemy profile, profiles are stored as a folder per profile with a file per provider, and every TUI action has a non-interactive twin for agents and CI — and adds Cloudflare.Telemetry() for tracing Workers in Workers Observability. Also dependency-aware dev reloads, cron schedules on Workflows, provisioned ElastiCache, and private/pre-deploy/local-context Railway services.

2.0.0-beta.75 - Railway, Fly, Hetzner & Websites

v2.0.0-beta.75 ships Railway alongside Fly.io and Hetzner, deploys the same website frameworks to Cloudflare, AWS, Hetzner, Railway, and Fly, brings alchemy dev to AWS — Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, ECS, EC2, and websites on your machine with no credentials — and routes inbound email to Workers.

2.0.0-beta.71 - Effect beta.105 & Better Auth

v2.0.0-beta.71 moves to effect 4.0.0-beta.105 and drizzle 1.0.0-rc.5-ab785fc in lockstep (effect's TaggedErrorClass → TaggedError rename broke drizzle rc.4), gives @alchemy.run/better-auth an effectful API and a database Layer for every platform, lets Worker props be an Effect, and fixes the ways alchemy dev could serve the wrong app on a configured port.
